STILL waiting for YOUView box !

Ordered a box on 8th July still haven't received one .
Web chat can't help .
Phoned and waited in line adviser answered and cut me off .
Phoned and waited in line a second time to be passed from pillar to post , transferred three times and have given up after 20 minutes of waiting.
Not a good start to a new order
It's one thing to be polite to people but manners will only go so far if the phone is never answered , queries not answered and the service not provided
Still no further forward and don't know when this box is actually coming yet money has already gone from my bank account = not happy

As you said this isn't a good start so I've escalated this for you so you will hopefully receive a reply later today.

In the meantime you may want to check your account to see what information, if any, is available via your open tickets.

Many thanks for sorting this , much appreciated. The box has now been received and set up . Some channels do not appear to be receiving the signal but this is a separate issue altogether , any advice on how this can be improved ? At the moment it's ITV but we have not been able to go through each channel

Hi there, if the missing channels are Freeview ones (such as ITV etc) then I'd advise checking out what channels are available at your address here: https://www.freeview.co.uk/channels-at-your-address
