Renewed account but tv still showing on my account

I have just renewed my fiber broadband account and didnt select any tv options (Fixed price - Unlimited Fibre Extra) as it dont need it and no longer want it.

But my account is still showing YouView+ TV from Plusnet 

can this be removed form my account as i dont use/want it

Hey @unclesid,

 

Great to hear you've renewed, to remove the Youview TV service you'd need to get in touch with our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632 during the below hours:

 

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00

Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00

Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
