Poor PlusNet TV ordering experience

Hi Guys,
I ordered PlusNet TV on Thursday with a confirmation that it would be 1-3 days. Today is Monday and still no sign of the YouView+ box. I called PlusNet today and was told that they don't think it's even been shipped out let alone be delivered as they couldn't find a tracking number. I then received a text message saying "The tracking number should be generated overnight"
Questions I have are this:
1. Why was the box not dispatched Thursday/Friday?
2. Is this the normal experience for a customer getting a YouView+ box?
3. Will I get my £7.99 P+P refunded?
Not a great start to my TV experience with you even though I can't fault the Fiber Broadband.

Sorry you have been having trouble ordering your TV. 
I ordered mine on launch day and it arrived as promised.
It is truly worth the wait though (although more channels are needed, hint hint!!).
I would negotiate with PN about the refund of your P&P (they should refund it as a gesture of goodwill I think, but this is up to them)

It's a shame you had this issue. I ordered my Plusnet TV on the Sunday, on Tuesday my new router had arrived and Wednesday my YouView box.  It's been great since.

Just to add my bit, ordered on Wed all set up and working on Fri, cannot fault service  Smiley

Just thought I should provide an update.
I received the box the day after. Not a bad turnaround but I expected the box a bit quicker.
