Plusnet tv and renewing contract

Hi folks

I just received a special offer to renew my contract which expires in Sept..

Question is what happens to plusnet TV if I renew.?

It does mention this on the renewal page:-  "If you change your broadband, or broadband and line rental, you will also enter a new minimum term for your TV service that will last the length of your new broadband or broadband and line rental minimum term"

Not sure about it as I thought the tv package was being discontinued...

Re: Plusnet tv and renewing contract

Fix
That renewal page seems out of date - if you renew your contract you will lose your TV package.
If you continue with out of contract pricing your TV service will continue.

Re: Plusnet tv and renewing contract

I just renewed my contract (online on Monday), expecting TV to be removed. My first bill for the new 12 month contract, received yesterday, shows £5 for TV, and it continues to work.

I'm genuinely ambivalent on this now; I sometimes make use of it, but the main reason I took on TV was for Eurosport for the cycling; GCN+ does that better now.

Re: Plusnet tv and renewing contract

Hi @mornut It mentions nothing on my renewal confirmation about TV so I'll have to wait and see.. Like you I only got it for Eurosport and cycling .. Now I only use GCN 😂😂😂 .. The Manx missile certainly fired 😀👍👍
