Plusnet's TV Excuse
Since last Saturday evening I have had no YouView as someone (according to Plusnet) wiped my subscription. Signed up for a new one, but still have not received my box nor any updates in over 24 hours asking for an update.
Has anyone else been having this issue and given the excuse they are having trouble assigning tv packages to your account?

I'm sorry to read we're having some trouble with adding on an agreed TV subscription and for the lack of updates. I can see you got back in touch with us yesterday around 5pm and discussed this further, can you let us know if you still need assistance?
