I recently left Sky as Plusnet TV had channels I needed at lower cost. Fibre Broadband went live 11 December 2020 and no problems with it. Plusnet keep saying they cannot give me Plusnet TV as they have IT problems stopping adding it to my account. This has bern going on for nearly a month with no updates or resolution in sight.
Can anyone give me any advice here as to what to do, please?
