Plugged in YouView box but can't change channel pack

My YouView box has arrived and is set up and working.  However whenever I visit the "change Channel Packs" page

it displays the message

Sorry, your YouView TV from Plusnet service isn't ready yet.

Please come back once you've received your set top box and plugged it in.

 

How can this be activated?

Sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately in rare cases it can take up to 10 working days for you to be able to do this.
