Pixelating Bt Sport recordings

Ithe issue has got worse as every internet recording I make pixelates badly and i have n idea what to do. The issue does not arise on live TV,only recordings.Aerial tv channels are fine as well

I'm not aware of any particular problems. Can you confirm what/if anything you'd done so far which may help?

i am not sure what i can do tbh. I switched off at the mains and rebooted but that is all. It only seems to pixelate with recorded internet material.

i also disconnected and reconnected all the leads to no avail

Could you try resetting the YouView box (as the instructions here) and let us know if that helps?

i have succesfully done a factory resety whilst keeping my recordings.Will let you know if there is an improvemnet this coming weekedn when i shall make the next recordings
