Seems like a common occurrence after looking at the community page for TV. We upgraded our package when we moved house on 10th August and included TV. Broadband and phone transfered on 23rd as planned with no problems. Still no TV on 31st August!! We have called to chase and each time have been told it will be sorted and we will receive an email with delivery info. We have not received any further communication via phone or email or a Youview Box. Frustrated. Can anyone on community help as telephoning and raising a support ticket hasn't? After 6 previous trouble free years with plus net, this is frustrating.
