Hello
Just been reviewing our viewing habits and it would seem that Plusnet TV offers the channels we watch the most on our Sky Q for a lot less money. We have had broadband from Plusnet since July 2019.
Any one moved from Sky to Plusnet recently and how please are they?
Do they negotiate on the cost of the Plus box?
Should i wait until the end of my broadband contract to get a better deal?

From my experience re plusnet tv.
firstly you need to have plusnet fibre broadband to get their tv.
Their tv package is good value for money considering the extra channels you get included in price you also get bt sports lite which means you can watch premier league games (when they return) inc in price.
Regarding their youview plus box which costs around £58 inc postage you get a new box which also records and the savings you have from your sky q well covers the initial outlay, and at the end of your contract the box is yours to keep.
Regarding price £5 pm l would speak to plusnet net to see if a deal can be done on tv price.
Hope this helps

Hello BertJ
My wife is wondering if she misses a programme on TLC and E and has not recorded it can it be watched on catch up or on demand?
Does series link work for the channels that come through the internet?
Thanks

Yes series link is on plusnet tv youview plus box when you press record you get option to record the single programme or the series.
When you get the bt sports lite or subscribe to bt sports channel pack you can also record single or series.
You cannot record off the catch up channels as you did list on previous post.
TLC and E are on freeview on plusnet.
