Missing Internet channels

Hi,
Ordered PlusNet TV on 20th July.
All the Internet channels are appearing on my YouView EPG.
However, when I go to a channel (e.g Comedy Central) it asks me if I want to activate them, it then sayings loading, but then takes me to a screen saying 'subscribe now to Comedy Central...call PlusNet'.
This suggests I haven't been activated.
I don't have access to any of the Internet channels.
I have just tried a software update on the YouView box..but no change.

Any ideas?

It also looks like I have been billed twice for the £7.99 postage and packing for the YouView box.
I paid this fee by credit card on the phone and it is also appearing on my bill
Please help!!!
PS: And I still can't access the channels!

Hi there,
Apologies this hasn't been picked up. I've made a couple of changes, are you ok to see if the channels work now? I've also got that £7.99 refunded for you.
