Manage my channel pack.

Good day all

l installed my plusnet youview+ box 17th March and all works fine.

But the Manage your channel option on my account does not show any detail.

Only comment it makes is come back when l have installed my box which l have.

l have now viven it 4 days to be resolved by plusnet but xtill not available.

Please advise when this will be resolved.

Hi there @bert,

 

Thanks for getting in touch. Usually our system activates your set top box within 24 hours of you receiving it.

Your account then can take up to 10 days to be registered with your TV product, preventing any modifications until the details are logged.

This process is automated and unfortunately we cannot speed this up.

As it had already been 4 days, you should be able to access the Manage your channels function within the next 6 days.

 

If you have any problems after this time, please let us know and we can look into things further.
