Manage TV Packs

When I go to Manage TV Packs, it says:

“Sorry, your YouView TV from Plusnet service isn't ready yet.

Please come back once you've received your set top box and plugged it in.”


My YouView box has been plugged in all week and I’ve been watching BT Sport.

Sorry to hear this.

It looks like the service hasn't automatically  activated on our end when you connected the YouView box up.

In these cases it can take up to 10 days for it to manually activate.

Once this is done you'll be able to manage the TV packs
