Leaving Youview within minimum term Contract

I am thinking of leaving PN and know that I will need to pay termination charges. Howeve,r I can't see anywhere that I need to return the box. The T&Cs clearly state that you have to return the box if cancelling within 14 days, but it seems to be silent for all other scenarios. If i need to return it, I'd like to know which provision of the T&C states this (as I can't see it !). If not, Am i covered by the fact that I am paying the termination charges?

Thanks

Kam

Re: Leaving Youview within minimum term Contract

If you pay your termination fee until the contract term you can keep the box

If instead you are cancelling within contract but are not charged fees because of a price increase then you need to return it

Hi @syanide

Thank you for raising this query with us and welcome to the forums.

@Interceptor121 is correct that if you leave the service and are outside of your 14 day cooling off period or your contract has expired then you do not have to return the box.
