I've never been overly impressed with my YV box which I've had for over 2 years. Not the programmes but the box itself. It always seem hit and miss.
Some times when I switch it on the TV automatically starts other times I have real problem getting my Sony Bravia to recognise the box and it takes many tries before I can see something. Sometimes I need to change the input other times I don't.
Sometimes the remote works well other times I need to repeatedly press buttons to get the box to respond.
So my question is, do you think it's the box or the TV?

Remote issues are common with these boxes. Sometimes it is just a simple battery change needed others no idea what is going on.

Thanks, thinking about it, it did used start up immediately. I changed the batteries the other day but it made no difference.
