Internet channels

Hi,
After spending hours trying to sort this I'm here for help.
Basically I am unable to stream any of the internet channels. My box is updated etc as described in the help sections. Connected directly to plusnet router. I get full epg but only a pixilated  screen and the two ipc 6011 & 6023 codes. Works perfectly fine streaming all other on demand and Netflix.
Any ideas people?

What router are you using?
Fibre Broadband 80/20, Netgear D7000

Hi reaperman, I've had a look on the account side and can't see anything obvious - the STB has connected to the back end an received its channel permissions, I can't see any erroring seconds on the connection, and I can see you are using the new router.
Just wondering, how are you connected between the STB and the router?

Hi,
Whilst connected directly to the router I have the same issues as when connected via wireless.
