Internet channels slightly jumpy.

Hi.
Love the new plusnet TV but I've noticed the internet channels especially fox HD. Are slightly jumpy.  Mainly noticeable on animated TV shows.  Is this expected or can anyone give me advice why this is happening ?

Thanks.

Are you using powerline adaptors?

Re: Internet channels slightly jumpy.

What brand/make are the powerline adaptors?  Has this problem only just started?  What router are you using? I gave up using them and now connect using an ethernet cable from the router to the youview box and all is ok.

They're tplink nano adapters.  Most of the time it's fine its just very slightly jittery when watching family guy.  Like its a refesh problems. A direct cable is going to be difficult to achieve for me though.

Hmmm, have you tried resyncing them?  How far is the router from the youview box?

Yeah. Other channels like discovery HD is fine.  Just fox is particularly jittery when watching animated shows.  Maybe I'm just being picky.

Route is upstairs about 15 meters away.  Watch films over network all the time and no problem.  Using the Asus rtn66u router.

Hmmm - I use a flat ethernet cable which I have tucked under the carpet - works a treat.

is it on now? I can take a look.
FYI: This is the flat ethernet cable I bought, pricey but it is shielded: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00M7UAHTU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage

Normally on later.  Thanks for link.
If you have fox HD just take a look during adverts and see if any of the text is slightly jittery.  That's what I'm getting.
