How long before I can manage my TV Package

Had the You view box setup since yesterday but still getting this on the management portal online
Sorry, your YouView TV from Plusnet service isn't ready yet.
Please come back once you've received your set top box and plugged it in.

Go to channel 307 on your youview box and select "set up this channel now"  you just click the blue ok or set up now button in middle of screen and that will activate your box and channels.

the channels are already activated just when i go to the website where it lets you add and remove channels it says they aren't active yet ?Huh

We'll get it fixed as soon as we can.

Also get this when viewing my usage ?

It can take up to 4 hours for your usage to show up - please try again later.
its been like this since the Plusnet TV was added
