When I phone 0800 113 217 they state I have come through to the wrong department and transfer me but the transfer just goes round a few hops and never gets answered.
@veefour is that just a typo on your post or have you really missed a '0' from that number ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
