I am in despair. For more than a week I have been trying to reach Plusnet by phone to order YouView. I have tried several different 0800 numbers shown on the website, but each time I phone I get an automated message telling me that all the customer advisors are currently busy. I have tried on numerous occasions, and normally wait for 10 minutes before giving up. Two days ago I raised a question via the Member Centre, requesting that a sales person should phone me. But no luck so far. Can anyone please advise how I can make contact with this organisation that the recorded message boasts giving "an award winning service" every time the phone is answered by the automated system?
