Thanks for doing that.

Customers can sign up online to BT Sport so why doesn't Plusnet add a cancellation faciltity? It would save PN staff a lot of time and avoid having so many frustrated customers.

I too would like to cancel my BT Sport subscription for the foreseeable future. I’ll re-subscribe once sport returns to normal. Maybe Plusnet and BT should consider just suspending the costs during the pandemic.

@GeoffWard You should be able to do this online yourself by going to the TV tab on your member centre dashboard here

hi there

I posted on another topic to cancel my BT sport package and gave my ticket number like I was asked.  I  then got a message via email saying that the topic I was following was 'fixed'.  I didn't want the topic fixed, I wanted my bt sport package cancelled please!
