Could someone please help me to cancel my BT Sport App Subscription? No option to do it online, nobody available on live chat that can do it and after struggling to get through to customer services on mobile phone and speaking to some arrogant unhelpful idiot at the weekend, who's short response was "It will get cancelled when your broadband service ends on 27th November!" I can't wait to leave this service, good riddance to rubish IMO.
I'm very sorry to hear that you've had trouble getting through to our customer service team and that you had a poor experience with the advisor that you spoke to over the phone. I'll pass on feedback about this.
In terms of your BT Sport app, I can confirm that this will be automatically cancelled when your line moves to your new provider.
