Help Cancelling BT Sport APP.

Hi,

Could someone please help me to cancel my BT Sport App Subscription?  No option to do it online, nobody available on live chat and struggling to get through to customer services on phone!

Hi @theway2excel we can arrange the removal of the BT sport app if you'd like.

We'll need you to respond to the ticket I've sent here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id= 195705823 giving your authorisation for us to do so.

When you do, can you also drop us a further reply here on this thread and we'll get the request actioned.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue trying to cancel my subscription to the BT Sports App. No option to cancel online and unable to get through on the phone. Are you able to look at mine also so I can remove from my plan?
