HELP :Signed up over a week ago, still no plusnet tv box

Can someone please help :
I Signed up over a week ago still no box,
it was ordered then cancelled by plusnet , still no reason why ?
or when it will be sent out  Cry

Unfortunately the problem causing this doesn't yet have a manual workaround to fix the problem, so at the moment I'm at a loss as to what I can do to help. We're continuing to work on fixing the issue but at the moment I'm afraid we can't get a box dispatched to you.

It's an odd circumstance that has to happen for this bug to hit, we hope to have at least a manual solution early next week.

I have Decided to cancel Plusnet TV and down grade to unlimited Fibre
