Draytek Vigor 2130 and IPTV config

It looks like I'm in the same boat as many people in choosing NOT to use the Plus Net router.  For a heap of reasons the PN Router cannot handle my network needs (like port forwarding to fixed IP devices etc.) so I'm sticking with my well proven Draytek Vigor 2130.
However, having subscribed to the PN Youview service despite being able to receive programming from the various on-demand services perfectly well the "Additional Channels" remain a pipe dream with every attempt resulting the the IPC-6023 error.  Whilst most help sites seem to suggest this is a problem with insufficient speed (or demand for too high quality) it is also the result of NO SIGNAL!!
The Vigor 2130 does have the capability to configure IPTV VLAN but I can't figure out exactly how to configure it with any degree of success - and, of course, PN are not really able to help since they'll only support their own router.
Is there anyone out there who has successfully configured a Vigor 2130 to access the "Additional Channels"??  I would greatly appreciate some pointers.

I don't own the same router as you, but a quick google found this: https://community.bt.com/t5/YouView-Boxes/Draytek-2130n-Multicast/td-p/1505627 which led to this: https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Vision-box/Draytek-vigor-2750n-and-multicast-channels/m-p/1110782#M56...
Not sure if either of those links help.

If they don't help - I highly recommend you post in these 2 forums for help: http://forum.kitz.co.uk/index.php/board,5.0.html and http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=6
People in these 2 forums are super helpful and knowledgable and one of the forum users put me in touch with a Netgear guy who (after much tinkering with test firmware) finally figured out how to enable my router for IPTV.
Good luck!
