My PlusNet contract is up for renewal but I don't seem to be able to make contact with PlusNet to discuss a query I have. The on-line chat agent didn't know the answer so she gave me a phone number to try but due to high demand the recorded message told me to ring back tomorrow. What terrible customer service.
So, here I am using a forum hoping that my some miracle my question will be answered.
I see that BT are dropping EuroSport from their TV offerings. I'm concerned that PlusNet may be doing the same. There's no way of knowing this when I go through the renewal process so I don't know what I'c commiting to.
