i just had an email about the BT sport app it is a bit confusing, it says
Get BT sport for £1 It's usually £2.50 a month, but because you're already one of our lovely Plusnet Mobile and Broadband customers you could have it all for the ridiculously low price of £1.00 a month for 6 months (£5.00 a month thereafter). Think of it as a little thank you from us, for being on Team Plusnet.
So reading for that it is either £.250 a month or £5 a month normally.
Reading further down i kind of understand what you are getting at. The first six months is normally £2.50, but because we are Plusnet users we can get it for £1 a month for the first six months, then it goes to £5 a month after. I think.
Not that I am that interested, I am not a sport person and since most of these sport things is 95% or more of that silly game with people kicking a ball around then it is certainly not for me. But it may be confusing to other people.
Another question triggered by today's email. The FAQ says:
"What picture quality is the BT Sport App from Plusnet?
The picture quality of the BT Sport App will be determined by the speed of your internet connection. You need a minimum speed of 400Kbps to use the app or online player and speeds of around 3.5Mbps for the best quality."
- which quite obviously doesn't answer the question at all! Is it HD quality (given a fast-enough connection)?
