I only got Plusnet TV 3 days ago, and got my youview box today. Now my Arial that I have doesn't seem to work, I didn't know this. I also have a sky dish as well, but the youview box doesn't use that type of cable, it uses the antenna, but my landlord says it hasn't work in ages and wont repair it has its not up to him. So I would like to just cancel the PlusnetTV. But I cant find anything on my account with me having the TV. So there is no cancel anywere, So how would I do this? I will send the box back as I got it. Just dont want it if I cant seem to get the freeview channels.
Sorry to hear that It would be best to give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 (Select the option for thinking of leaving) and they should be able to get the TV side of the contract cancelled and arrange for a returns bag to be sent out.
