Cancel BT Sport

Please cancel BT sport from my account with immediate effect

It would be very helpful if this was easy to on the website - why can I easily add a product but not remove it?

Further, will there be refunds or partial refunds due to the service not providing the advertised sport due to coronavirus

Hi all,

Thanks for bearing with us. If you still want to cancel please call us on 0800 432 0200. Alternatively Plusnet customers can now pause their BT Sport payment. With the news that live sport is unlikely to return to our screens during May, we have extended the option to pause to pause your BT Sport payment until your June bill by completing the form below. We will also extend this automatically, should there be no live sport being broadcast on BT Sport in June either.
