Cancel BT Sport App

Hi,

Please can I cancel my BT sport App subscription please? There appears to be no way of doing this on your website easily. The only information I can find is people complaining that they can't do it and a ticket has to be raised. At least provide the link to where I can raise a ticket in order to start the process.

I'm sorry to see you're struggling to cancel your BT Sport App. Unfortunately this can only be done through contacting us.

I've raised this ticket on your account with a way you'd be able to request this. If you could reply to this ticket with confirmation you're happy for us to remove the BT Sport App, we'll arrange this and once we've removed it you'll no longer have the service however you'd be able to re-add the App if you want in the future.

Feel free to post back once you've responded to the ticket and we'll be happy to make sure it's picked up as soon as we can.
