Broken YouView Box?
Came home tonight to find the box in an endless reboot cycle of waking up, loading, waking up. Managed to get into the maintenance menu but when I select the options to do a factory reset it briefly flashes onscreen that it is resetting then immediately afterwards says the reset has failed. Is there anything else I can try or is destined for the knackers yard? Thanks.

Hi @lenfish, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your YouView box.
I'm afraid as it appears to be out of warranty, the options I'd have to advise of would be purchasing a new box from us at £199, or re-contracting for TV at which point we'd be able to provide a new box as part of the new contract.
