I ordered BT Sport last month there was a delay in being connected, when I queried this I was told that they had for some reason put the order in twice but now one order had been cancelled and I should be connected next day, sure enough on the 3rd of this month it went live, I have now received my bill and I have been charged twice for BT Sport and when I go into my account under my products it shows Unlimited Fibre Extra, then BT Sport twice, can someone look into this and ensure I will not continue to be billed twice every month.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Looking at your account you've spoken to someone on the 13th October who has already submitted a refund for the overcharge, but they haven't put anything in place to prevent it from happening again next month. I've raised a task to get the extra component on the billing removed and updated this ticket to monitor it happening.
