BTV-437 Error

I got plusnet 4 days ago and I cannot watch extra TV channels 

all i get is BTV-437 Error code

 

I have called up 4 times and the ask me to do the same things 

over and over again i.e reset, restart etc etc... 

 

First I was told it needed to be activated so i waited, then they said it is 

activated and guess what?? BTV-437 Error code again!!! 

 

I got youview bt sports package and HD so i could watch UFC this weekend

so i'm pulling my hair out here.. 

 

Someone please tell me there is a fix for this

I too had this error and the difficulties trying to get it solved with normal support route.

Eventually it was fixed by changing my block of IP addresses for a single new IP address. If you happen to have a block of IP's from Plusnet from the time when it was OK to request them then that could be a possible problem?

Hope it gets solved quickly for you, I know how frustrating it is when it doesn't!

Sorry - can't give you any help but have had this error since I received the box at the beginning of this year. Still cannot receive the extra channels.

Hi @jimli

Welcome to our community forums.

I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have had with your TV services.

If you can do a factory reset on your Hub One router, instructions on how to do this can be found here in this link https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/router-user-guides/

And then once this is complete can you do a reset on your Youview box and this should resolve the issue for you and just let me know how you get on.
