BTP-20000 Error. Please help!

My youview box arrived today. None of the channels work, it just goes to a pink screen with the BTP-20000 error code.

 

I have factory reset the router. I have factory reset the box. I have also tried two other youview boxes that I already have.

 

Just spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and the person at the other end sounded completely clueless and was just telling me to reset the router, despite me telling her I had already done it. Then we were cut off.

 

I am not going to spend hours on the phone for this. if it isn't resolved then I'm just going to cancel the TV. hopefully somebody can help me sort this.

Finally got through to a nice guy on the phone who realised that the TV hadn't been provisioned properly on my line. He has sorted it.
