I've received an email to advise me that bt sports is no longer suspended on my account and I will be billed from 17 Jun 2020. I clearly asked for this service to be CANCELLED. Therefore, could you please carry out this simple request and delete any incorrect charges? I did not give any permission for you to charge me for something I no longer want. I have not been able to use chat or get through to discuss this. I'm getting tired of billing errors but this is just an attempt to take my money.
