I've been using the BT Sport app without problems since I got the from plusnet.
Tonight my wife complanied she couldn't access it. I checked my machine and it was OK.
Logged off (BT Sports app) and I also had the problem.
Reset my password and it's now accepting my id and password but telling me I need to activate.
It's alreay activated (as stated when I try to activate again).
I did try the support line but surpruise, it predicts an hour's waiting time.
We're obviously not going to see the match but anyone seen this or got a solution?
