On 19th April, I completed the BT Sports App suspension form. The acknowledgement form said "your subscription will automatically resume in your June bill".
On 28th April, I followed it up with a customer service question asking to suspend Bt Sports from 19th April.
However, today, 29th April, I received an email entitled "BT Sport App cancellation confirmation" which states "You've chosen to cancel your BT Sport App from Plusnet".
I want to SUSPEND BT Sports, I do NOT want to cancel it. Please clarify.
