It is now nearly two weeks since I ordered and paid for this service.
I've lost count of the number of times I've telephoned to get the pairing activated as the method using the STB box menus does not work.
The last time I called I was told it was a problem with the BT Sport/Sky system and it would be fixed in a couple of days.
That was about four days ago.
I'm still waiting for the card to be paired and the screen remains black.
I'm aware I must be one of the rare ones requesting BTSports when everyone else is cancelling, but can somebody please escalate this request, get the card/box pairing fixed and ensure I'm not losing out financially for this lack of service.
