I have been struggling for over six weeks to get the BT Sport App setup on my phone. There is some IT problem with connecting to the BT ID. I have had sympathetic responses from Plusnet Customer support, but no actual action to get the service connected. Is anyone else having this issue or am I the only one. I have been passed between BT and PN without resolution.

I can see that my colleagues have raised this to our software engineers via a ticket here. However, I'm afraid the update you were given on 25/2 by Virginia is still current and we're unaware of an ETA for getting this resolved.
I appreciate that this isn't an ideal update and I wish I had better news - as soon as we know more, we'll be in touch.
