I have received mixed messages on how BT Sport channels are added to a Sky account through Plusnet, which should take no longer than 48 hours.
Although I have a Sky card it was indicated that a new card would be sent which would take up to 7 working days to arrive and an email would be sent to confirm dispatch. Other forum posters have suggested a new card would not be required and this has been my experience in the past.
I requested the BT Sport channels on 10th August and they have not been activated yet. Please could you advise on how to progress this request.
This issue has been fixed today following a further phone call to Plusnet Customer Services. This time, I was put through to the TV department. They confirmed that the BT sport channels can be activated using an existing Sky card and were able to solve the problem immediately. Thanks for this as I can now watch the rugby this afternoon.
