BT Sport still not available on my Sky Q box
Despite giving Plusnet 24 hours notice of my change from Sky+ to Sky Q, and supplying them with the new viewing card number, I still haven't got BT Sport on my new Sky Q box.
This email fom 5pm Wednesday June 13th - "
I am pleased to say that we have placed the order to add the BT Sport channel pack to your account, which will take effect in the next 24 hours.
Well it's now 8am Friday the 15th and still no BT Sport. Am currently on the phone trying to speak to someone, but apparently "all our advisors are busy". Yeah right, at 7.40 in the morning. Absolutely [-Censored-] poor customer "service" all round.

Update - Sorted by [CSA Removed], who was very apologetic and gave me a month's free broadband. Seems fair enough so I'm happy with the outcome,
