BT Sport activation

I get BT sport via Sky Q. Last week I asked for it to be upgraded to BT Sport HD, but that hasn't happened yet. Can someone look at this?

Hi @chris1610, sorry for the delay.

I've got your upgrade chased up and you should be able to start watching your new channels within a few minutes, although this can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If it’s longer than that, please let us know.

Looking at my latest bill, I see a partial credit for BT Sport being cancelled, but no mention of BT Sport HD, which I was switching to. Can someone check you're not forgetting to charge me for it?

Just joined Plusnet was looking forward to using the BT Sport App to watch champions cup rugby. I receieved an email form plusnet advising that I had not registered for a BT ID. The link sent does not work -tried this on firefox, ie and on ipad same message. Looked at the BT site directly- cant see a way to register as a plusnet custome. I phoned the plusnet help desk but the links suggested ended up with BT telling me that my phone number was not linked to a BT account.

Just can't  see where I can enter my plusnet username and postcode and register for a new BT ID (I was their customer until recently).

Can you advise a fix.

I'm sorry to see you're having issues activating your BT ID. If you follow the steps in the email also located online Here could you send me a PM with a screenshot showing the message you get so I can investigate further?

Hi Gandalf

Thank you for your prompt reply. The link to create the BT ID appeared. After three attempts I was able to register for a BT ID. After getting a response from BT after about 10 mins I was able to get into the BT sports app.
