BT Sport App

Due to the sad demise of my old HDD I have had to reinstall everything.  Problem is that BT Sport accepts my BT ID but says the app is not activated.  It had been working OK for at least a year.  Do I have to cancel the app and reinstall,or is there a simpler way?

Hi @juliaandy I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your BT Sport App. For some reason it looks like the App is showing in an 'unconfigured' state instead of 'Active' on your account so I think it's best if we remove it and re-add.

If you'd like me to go ahead with this, could you reply to this ticket with confirmation you're happy to?
