BT Sport App
Hi newbie here.
Not been connected yet. Reading a thread on not being able to connect to the BT sport app with Plusnet and having a problem creating BT ID because of having the same email address when they were with BT.
I will be taking the sport's app, I used to be a BT customer and have used the same email address with BT and now with Plusnet, do you think I would have the same problem when trying to create a BT ID or would it be advisable to change my email address in my account before ordering the sport app?.

In these instances we should be able to arrange BT to manually create the ID for you, however if you can it’s probably much easier and quicker to change the email address in your account before you take out the BT Sport app. When you’re setting up a new BT ID I’d then recommend using this email address.
