Ive had the email confirming the cancellation of the app on Monday. However i haven't had any further communication regarding adding the app back or a registration email.

 

Can you confirm if this has been re-added?

Still no email from BT and the email address and password do not work when i try to login to the BT Sport App.

Hi Tim.

Are you using an email address you haven't used before when you had BT Sport with BT?

Thanks for your patience whilst I sorted this for you - apologies for the delay.

 

After a few false starts I've successfully removed and re-added the BT Sport App to your account - you should have received a least one additional email to re-register and set up your username.
