BT Sport App activation

I have been using the BT Sport App on my Android mobile and tablet. Somehow I have managed to lose the registration details. It could possibly be related to me having to clear the cache on both devices due to lack of memory.

The original activation link email I received is now dead. Is it possible to have a new activation link please?

I'm going to have to remove the app from your active components, then re add it in 24 hours time. 

 

This will trigger a new activation email to be sent to you. 

 

You may need top use a fresh email address when you completed the BTID setup process again. 

 

I'll update you once I've re added this component.

I've tried to do this and received the following message; 

 

"Unfortunately we are unable to add the BT Sport App onto your account. Please call on 0800 073 1120 and we will look into this for you" 

 

Could you please give this a go?

It could possibly be related to me having to clear the cache on both devices due to lack of memory.

I've just had to wipe the cache on my Nexus and it doesn't lose the details. Clearing the app data for the BT sport app will probably lose them though....
