BT ID nightmare!
Tried to add BT Sport app access tonight but I cannot get past the Plusnet page where it asks you to enter your Plusnet username and your postcode.
When I enter the details I get an error message and it suggests I try again.
And repeat . . .
BT ID issues seems to be a recurring issue
I am an exBT customer which also seems to be an issue looking through the forum.
Any help would be appreciated - support line quoting a 30 min wait time.
