BT ID issue

Hi,

I can see other people has had the same issue but it is not clear to me how to solve it.  We have registered for the BT Sport App, gone through the registration process using the link from Plusnet but we fail to receive the mail from where to activate the subscription.

We used the BT Sport App in the past ( 3 years ago) and we also had been previously BT customers so it may be the mail we used when registering is still considered. 

 

What is the solution for this?
