Another mess up..

After being Billed 7.99 for a router (which you never shipped) and then refunded, and charged over 50 for a TV box (which you'd assured me was free) which was then refunded I now find that although I'd ordered the HD package you've dropped it from my line up.


I'd raise a support question about this - apart from the fact that you seem to have hidden that option and I am not going to spend the evening sitting on the phone like I did the last time there were problems with my TV package.


It was all supposed to be so simple and straight forward.....
