We're aware our broadband troubleshooter at faults.plus.net isn't working, so you can't report a fault to us online in this way.
We're looking into the problem, but in the meantime, you can get help by posting Here on our Community Forums, messaging us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/plusnet) or Twitter (@plusnet), or give us a call on 0800 432 0200 and we'll be happy to help. Don't worry, we'll still be able to raise a fault for you from our side.
